As we continue to grow and expand in Cyprus and Greece, we are looking for a Business Performance & Strategy Lead to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team on key business priorities, strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, digital transformation and performance improvement initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and key business priorities.
Analyse operational, commercial and financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate key business performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards and business reviews for senior management and Board-level discussions.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business planning, problem-solving and strategic decisions.
Evaluate business opportunities, operational improvements and growth initiatives through structured analysis and business case development.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective follow-up on key action plans and deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance, operational effectiveness and profitability.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
Postgraduate studies and/or relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
3–8 years of experience in business performance, commercial finance, FP&A, strategy, consulting, operations, business analysis, business transformation or similar business-facing roles.
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate and create value.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly organised, results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Demonstrates strong digital literacy and a curiosity for AI and emerging technologies, with an interest in applying them to improve business performance, productivity and decision-making.
