Domino’s Pizza Cyprus is a growing vibrant company, part of the dynamic Domino's worldwide pizza chain. We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Assistant Manager to join our Call Centre team.
Candidates must have previous experience and must speak Greek and English.
Main Responsibilities
Daily running and managing of the call center
Setting targets for call center agents
Scheduling and organizing shifts
Facilitating and organizing training
Management reporting
Keeping up with trends and happenings in the industry
Ensuring that customers are kept happy and satisfied at all times
Ensuring a safe and harmonious environment
Ensuring compliance with privacy laws
Main Requirements
Strong leadership skills
Motivation: The successful candidate is expected to devise effective motivation techniques to improve the performance of their team mates
Coaching and Mentoring: The successful candidate must be a great tutor and an excellent mentor to their team members
Hardworking: To be able to encourage their team members to work harder
