Service Support Center Operator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The employee will be responsible for:

• Providing telephone customer service in accordance with the manufacturers’ quality standards.
• Proper allocation of tasks to the company’s workshops across Cyprus.
• Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of existing customers regarding their experience with Unicars, and maintaining the highest possible level of after-sales service.
• Executing various promotional activities/campaigns, vehicle recall campaigns, or customer information campaigns.
• Receiving, promptly handling, and ensuring the resolution of customer queries.
• Managing various manufacturer platforms related to customer service.

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 
We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose. 

• Academic background in Business Administration or any other related fields will be considered an additional advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• Very good command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Very good computer literacy and proficiency in basic IT software (MS Office).
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Promptness and organizational skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Effective communication and language skills.

A competitive remuneration package will be offered according to qualifications and experience, including, among others, a 13th salary, Provident Fund, and other related benefits.
