We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative who will perform various office duties, including answering customer phone calls, emails and provide updates to service status.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking style.
Provide telephone support to customers and offering information on white goods services.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Coordinate and prepare the technicians’ schedules.
Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
