Call Center Representative – Optics Division

Varnavas Hadjipanayis Ltd (VHP Ltd) is one of the leading and most reputable companies in Cyprus founded in 1963. The position:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Optics Division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to a professional team.

 

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• To receive and process customer orders via telephone, fax, e-mail and B2B system
• To provide product / service information by answering questions, offering appropriate support to clients
• Process orders in the ERP system and issue invoices, ensuring accurate billing of products and quantities
• To ensure that the correct products and quantity are prepared for each order
• Ensure timely order preparation and delivery in accordance with customer requests and standard delivery procedures
• Accurately record all required information related to Adverse Event Reports and/or Quality Complaints in line with Company Policy

 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm, dynamism, and the ability to operate within a team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on delivering results
• Fluency in both English and Greek, written and spoken
• Work experience will consider as advantage
