We are seeking a Car Rentals & Sales Agent to be responsible for supporting vehicle rental and vehicle sales activities by assisting customers throughout the rental and purchasing process, promoting company services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00-17:30,

Wednesday 8:00-14:00 and Saturday 8:00-13:00 including lunch breaks

Key Responsibilities

•           Assist customers with vehicle rental, sales, and leasing inquiries

•           Promote and sell vehicle rental packages, vehicle sales opportunities, and additional services

•           Handle customer communication through showroom visits, telephone, email, and online inquiries

•           Prepare rental agreements, quotations, sales documentation, and related paperwork

•           Coordinate vehicle availability, bookings, test drives, and handovers

•           Follow up leads and customer inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities

•           Maintain strong product knowledge of vehicles, pricing, rental terms, and financing/leasing options

•           Ensure accurate customer data entry and CRM updates

•           Coordinate with operations, administration, and accounting teams regarding contracts and payments

•           Assist customers throughout the rental or purchasing journey to ensure high customer satisfaction

•           Maintain showroom and rental presentation standards

             Maintain daily updates of online company’s representation (i.e website)

Requirements

• Previous experience in car rentals, automotive sales, customer service, or related field is an advantage
• Experience in automotive showroom or rental operations will be considered an advantage
• High school diploma or diploma in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field
• Good command of Greek and English
• Valid driving licence
• Good computer literacy
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
