About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cash Van Sales Representatives to join our team and play a key role in developing customer relationships, expanding distribution, and driving sales across retail outlets.
Scope of Work
Drive sales and distribution of company products directly to retail outlets.
Ensure product availability, proper visibility, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper sales and financial records.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
Ensure the cash van is clean, well-maintained, properly organized, and stocked with sufficient inventory.
Manage daily routes, customer visits, and time effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Proven sales experience, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
Physical stamina and ability to load and unload products.
Responsible, organized, reliable, and target oriented.
Special Requirements & Skills
· Ensure proper product display and stock rotation at customer outlets.
· Promote new products and offers to maximize sales opportunities.
· Submit daily sales and collection reports to the direct manager.
Education
High school diploma, university degree considered a plus.
Languages Required
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
