Key Requirements

• Highly computer literate – MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet
• Very good ability in written and verbal communication in English language
• Ability to work efficiently independently, as well as in a team, as required
• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and good technological approach
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems will be considered an advantage

Qualifications

• High School graduate
• Computer Science or relevant certification / diploma will be considered an advantage

Main Responsibilities

• Services scheduling: Prepare and manage the plan/scheduling demands for installations and repairs on vessels CCTV systems worldwide. Provide vessel schedules / planning with all open and new tasks to the Technical Coordinator.
• Installation & Services Monitoring: Facilitate daily schedule updates for Integrators and the internal team, and diligently maintain the calendar for CCTV systems installations and repairs on Galaxy and M.com platforms. Additionally, ensure thorough follow-up on installation preparation with vessels to guarantee a seamless process.
• Coordination & Maintenance: Systematically monitor and coordinate maintenance activities for vessel CCTV systems. Offer valuable scheduling assistance to maintenance teams for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Service Reports Review: Conduct a thorough examination of service reports, updating platforms with pertinent information, and archiving both the reports and supporting documents for comprehensive record-keeping.
