Main Duties

* General maintenance and small repair works
* Small painting and touch-up jobs
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Basic electrical works
* Minor wall, plaster and silicone repairs
* Furniture assembly and small carpentry works
* Moving furniture, equipment and other items when required
* Installation of shelves, pictures, TVs and accessories
* Repair of doors, handles, locks and hinges
* Replacement of light bulbs and basic fittings
* Assistance with office or property setups and relocations
* General handyman duties as required
* Keeping tools and maintenance materials organized
