Who we are:

Ezoria is on a mission to revolutionize hospitality and make a world of better stays open to all. Ezoria manages and holiday rents premium villas and apartments in Cyprus and offers a unique hospitality experience for guests. Ezoria currently has presence in most touristic locations in Cyprus with a portfolio of over 130 exclusive properties. To be better is a never-ending pursuit and revolutions don’t happen overnight. But, together, we can forever change the way people stay, for the better.

The Role:

Ezoria is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Property Inspector & Maintenance Technician to help keep our short-term rental properties safe, well maintained and ready for guests.
 

You will be part of a team of two. This is a 40-hour-per-week role, working five days per week on assigned morning or afternoon shifts, with rotating weekend coverage. The role also requires on-call availability on a scheduled rotation for urgent property issues.
A company vehicle and tools will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

●  Property inspections and guest readiness
Inspect properties before and after guest stays, including during same-day turnovers.
Check cleanliness, condition, safety, inventory and supplies against Ezoria’s standards.
Identify damage, missing items, wear and maintenance issues.
Test appliances, air conditioning, plumbing fixtures, lighting, doors, windows and locks.
Record findings using checklists, photos and written notes, and follow up on issues before the next arrival.

●  General maintenance and repairs
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the properties.
Repair or replace items such as handles, blinds, fixtures, filters, batteries and small fittings.
Complete painting, patching, furniture assembly and other cosmetic work.
Troubleshoot basic appliance, plumbing and electrical issues, carrying out work only where appropriately qualified and permitted.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues during guest stays, including access problems and basic appliance faults.
Check safety equipment and report items that need servicing or replacement.

●  Contractor coordination
Identify work that requires a specialist contractor and report the scope to the operations manager.
Arrange access, explain the required work to contractors and monitor progress.
Check completed work against the agreed scope and Ezoria’s standards, documenting the result with photos.
Flag delays or incomplete work and follow up until the property is ready for use.

Requirements :
Experience in property maintenance, handyman work or property inspections.
Practical general repair skills and sound judgement about when specialist work is required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work around guest arrivals.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues and contractors.
Ability to use a smartphone for schedules, checklists, photos and updates.
A valid driving licence is required.
Availability to work assigned morning or afternoon shifts and rotating weekends.
