• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and assigned hotel areas to a high standard.
• Making beds and changing bed linen and towels.
• Replenishing guest amenities and room supplies.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and ensuring all areas are clean and well presented.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Responding to guests’ requests in a friendly, polite and efficient manner.
• Working as part of a team and cooperating with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Following the hotel’s cleanliness, hygiene, health & safety standards and internal procedures.
• Taking pride in your work and paying attention to detail.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and sharing suggestions that can help improve our housekeeping operations.
