Themis Portfolio Management Ltd, a specialized servicer of non-performing loans, is currently seeking to recruit a Chief Operations Officer. The position would be based in Nicosia and the successful candidate will be reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business
Collaborates with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operations strategy
Evaluates company performance and recommends strategies to improve results
Acts as a strategic partner with the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Analyzes internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
Reviews and amends, when necessary, policies with the aim of improving and promoting vision and culture
Builds and maintains trusting relationships with key stakeholders
Oversees marketing initiatives and implements better business practices
Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
Master’s degree in Business Administration is strongly preferred
Extensive work experience in an executive leadership role
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the industry
Having worked in a variety of positions within a corporate business environment
Having experience in managing people and teams
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strategic planning and business development Skills
Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken

The Accountant is responsible for the internal accounting function of the company. He/she is responsible for preparing month-end management accounts, budgets and liaising with auditors regarding audit and tax computations. In addition, he /she will be responsible for the billing function of the company.
