• Prepare the department’s Timetable

• Update the List of machines and equipment of the hotel

• Develop specifications for the machines and equipment of the hotel

• Prepare Maintenance program

• Collect, prioritize and delegate Repair Requests

• Brief the Manager for pending and/ or planned work

• Supervise gardening and swimming pool facilities

• Ensure 24-hours maintenance support

• Handle department’s Incident Reports

• Carry out purchases for the department (spare parts, equipment etc.)

• Monitor water quality and other testings
