Company / Client Overview

On behalf of our client, a well-established and continuously growing property development company in the Famagusta District, we are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects, while working within a dynamic and collaborative environment that values technical excellence, safety, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements across all project sites
• Work within established Quality Assurance procedures and systems
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges throughout project execution
• Support the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional registration and license with ETEK
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within construction, contracting, or project management environments
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site management
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
