Civil Engineer

Your Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
· Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors
· Monitor project quality, progress, timelines, and costs
· Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
· Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues
· Support projects through all stages of construction up to final handover
Our Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering
· Previous experience in construction and/or residential development
· Strong technical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
· Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively on site
· Cyprus construction experience will be considered a strong advantage
· Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
