Company / Client Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join a growing and well organized company in Nicosia. The role is suitable for both experienced professionals and junior candidates looking to begin their career within a structured and professional environment.

The company offers long term stability, organized project execution, and excellent working conditions within the construction and development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction and site activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Support daily site operations and technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
• Assist with scheduling and execution of construction works
• Support the successful and timely completion of projects

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and on site
• Responsible and professional attitude
• Fluency in Greek language
• EU citizenship is required

• Competitive salary package ranging from €2,500 to €3,200 gross monthly depending on experience and qualifications
• 13th salary
• Stable morning working schedule
• Additional compensation for Saturday work when required

• 1 week Easter leave

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 15:30 / 16:00
