Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field

Any level of experience considered — from fresh graduates to those with 1-2 years in precast/construction

Comfortable with AutoCAD; familiarity with structural analysis tools a plus

Detail-oriented, methodical, good with follow-through

Strong communicator, comfortable working on-site alongside production and commercial teams
