Construction Project Management | Limassol, Cyprus

Department: Construction
Reports to: Head of Construction

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing assigned construction projects from commencement through completion and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to DOMO's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction activities and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones and project progress.
• Ensure works comply with approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Monitor construction quality, conduct site inspections and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Control project costs, review contractor payments and manage variations.
• Identify construction risks, resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with DOMO's Design, Construction and Customer Relations teams.
• Provide regular progress reports covering timelines, budgets, quality and risks.
• Oversee project completion, snagging and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect, Mechanical Engineer or similar.
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience, preferably in high-end residential developments.
• Experience managing contractors and construction activities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• ETEK registration or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
