Job description: 

Responsible for the legal, administration and secretarial work of clients as per their requests. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a portfolio of active clients
• Dealing with their daily tasks including bank transfers, issue of invoices and maintenance of activity registers
• Drafting Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney and general review of agreements
• Responsible for all communication of the client company with authorities and suppliers
• Dealing with the Registrar of Companies on issues arising

 

Education / Experience:

• University Degree in Law or Business Administration or related field as well as ACCA qualified or partly qualified;
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Profit Maker Software.

 

Skills and Competencies:

• Analytical and financial management skills with focus on high accuracy and completion;
• Good organizational, administration and time management skills;
• A self-motivated individual able to work independently and with a team;
• Competent in working under pressure with attention to detail;
• IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office and Profit Maker applications;
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek would be an advantage.
