Location: Paphos, Cyprus

Salary: €10,000–€15,000 gross per month, depending on experience

Our client is an international group of natural skincare and supplement brands, launching its first holistic beauty, healing and longevity clinic in Paphos, with wellness, recovery and medical and aesthetic care under one roof.

This is a founding hire: the person who will turn the project into a working clinic and then lead it, reporting directly to the founder.

In the build phase, the successful candidate will help plan the services and equipment, secure the licences and recruit the team. Once the clinic opens, they will run daily operations and own the results.

Responsibilities

• Plan the clinic's services and equipment, and manage supplier quotes
• Shape the clinic layout together with architects and contractors
• Secure all permits, licences and certifications for both the wellness and medical sides
• Recruit and onboard the clinical and support team
• Set up core systems: booking, memberships, client records and pricing
• Run the daily operations of the clinic once open
• Lead, schedule and develop staff, and keep hiring as the clinic grows
• Own the P&L and budgets
• Grow memberships and revenue, and keep clients coming back
• Deliver a premium client experience and a spotless facility
• Keep the clinic compliant with Cyprus health, safety and licensing rules

Requirements

• Proven experience running a clinic, med spa, health or wellness service, gym or similar service business, with full operational responsibility
• Has owned a P&L and budgets, and can show the results
• Has hired, led and developed a team
• Genuine personal interest in biohacking, anti-ageing, beauty and wellness
• Hands-on builder, comfortable starting with an empty building and no team
• Commercially minded, with high standards for service and detail
• Fluent English, and confident dealing with authorities, suppliers and contractors in Cyprus
• Advantageous: experience setting up a clinic, med spa, gym or similar facility from scratch, including permits and certifications
• Advantageous: experience with medical licensing in Cyprus, including the Ministry of Health
• Advantageous: experience managing a fit-out or renovation project, or running a membership-based business
• Advantageous: strong local network in Paphos, and Greek and/or Russian
