Commercial Marketing Executive (B2B, Digital & Campaigns)

Monthly Gross Salary: €1,500 - €1,900, depending on experience

As we continue to strengthen our commercial marketing capabilities, we are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a motivated marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas and strategies into well-organised campaigns, content and measurable actions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will contribute to B2B campaigns, product launches, email marketing, CRM activities, website content, events, sales materials and performance reporting.

You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product and other departments, gaining exposure to multiple brands, technology solutions and international markets.

The role offers variety, ownership and the opportunity to develop practical experience across the full B2B marketing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns and product launches across relevant channels.
• Create and manage email campaigns, contact lists, audience segmentation and campaign schedules.
• Support CRM activities, lead tracking, database quality and the accurate routing of marketing enquiries.
• Review and update website and landing-page content, calls to action and campaign information.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues to test website forms, integrations, analytics and lead-capture journeys.
• Draft and edit content for websites, newsletters, campaigns, presentations, press releases and sales materials.
• Support the planning, promotion and delivery of conferences, webinars, exhibitions and corporate events.
• Coordinate campaign assets and ensure consistency across messaging, branding and customer touchpoints.
• Work with Sales and Product teams to collect information, prepare materials and support lead-generation activities.
• Monitor campaign, website, email and event performance and prepare clear reports.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve productivity, content development and marketing processes.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accurate records and organised marketing files.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related role.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or another relevant field.
• Previous experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
• Good copywriting and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using digital platforms and learning new marketing tools.
• Strong organisation, time management and project-coordination skills.
• A proactive, responsible and collaborative working style.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in how marketing contributes to leads, opportunities and business growth.
• Ability to work across different projects, products and audiences.

Experience That Would Be Considered an Advantage

• Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms, particularly Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns.
• Familiarity with website content-management systems and landing pages.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, SEO, digital advertising or campaign tracking.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• Previous exposure to B2B, technology, financial services, compliance, risk management or professional services.
• Experience supporting product launches, events or international campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI, automation or workflow tools.

Candidates are not expected to have experience in every area listed above. We are looking for someone with strong marketing foundations, practical digital confidence and the motivation to learn and grow.
