On behalf of our client, a well-established group of companies in the design, lifestyle, and building solutions sector, we are seeking to recruit Commercial Sales Executive – Sanitary & Interior Finishes to join their growing sales teams across Cyprus. Commercial Sales Executive – Sanitary & Interior Finishes - (Ref. code: 6257/CSE/ESS/CY)
Role Overview:
The Commercial Sales Executive will act as the brands' ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and presenting design, building, and lifestyle solutions across the Group's portfolio of companies that best meet their needs. This role is ideal for sales-driven individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering tailored, inspiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
You will advise clients, architects and interior designers on a wide range of products, helping them identify solutions that combine aesthetics, functionality and quality. More specifically, you will:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and private clients
Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Present and promote products, highlighting features, functionality, and design benefits
Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure smooth follow-up throughout the client journey
Collaborate with showroom and internal teams to align client requirements with product availability
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within the design, construction, or lifestyle sectors
Outgoing, persuasive, and highly client-focused personality
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts
Valid driving license and willingness to travel across assigned territories
Prior experience in outdoor sales within similar industries
Ability to nurture and grow long-term professional relationships
Proficiency in Greek and English, with good computer skills
