On behalf of our client, a leading organization in the design, lifestyle, and building solutions sector, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive -Sanitary & Interior Finishes for their showroom in Larnaca.
Technical Sales Executive -Sanitary & Interior Finishes- (Ref. code: 6258/TSE/ESS/CY)
Role Overview:
This role is ideal for technically skilled, solution-oriented, and client-focused professionals who want to combine their technical expertise with sales. As a trusted advisor, you will support clients throughout the project lifecycle from specification to delivery ensuring that materials meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with architects, contractors and clients providing tailored solutions that drive project success. More specifically, you will:
Conduct site visits and consult with clients on building materials, specifications, and project needs
Present and demonstrate products, explaining technical benefits and design advantages
Offer tailored solutions that meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and designers
Prepare quotations, process and manage orders, and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with showroom and internal teams to provide integrated, client-focused solutions
Stay up to date with market trends, technical innovations, and new product developments
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering (including TEPAK Diploma), Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
Experience with building materials, construction projects, or technical sales
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driving license for site visits
Proficiency in Greek and English, with good computer skills
