Compliance and Internal Audit Consultant

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Financial Regulatory Advisory Department in the role of Compliance and Internal Audit Consultant.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance solutions to a portfolio of regulated entities, including Cyprus Investment Firms, Electronic Money Institutions, Payment Institutions, offshore regulated entities, etc.

• Support clients in meeting regulatory requirements and achieving their business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an audit and/or regulatory compliance environment is required.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Holding a newly obtained ACCA qualification or other relevant professional certification will be considered an advantage.

• Holding a CySEC AML, Basic, or Advanced Certification will be considered an advantage.

• Strong interest in compliance, internal audit and financial regulation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and consistently contributes to a collaborative team environment.
