The Role: As a Junior Consultant within the Business Consulting team, you will support the delivery of business transformation and ERP implementation projects, with a focus on project coordination, user acceptance testing, training support and documentation.
You will work closely with senior team members to understand client business processes, assist in validating system functionality against requirements, and support the successful onboarding of users during ERP implementation projects.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the project management and coordination of ERP implementation projects, including tracking progress, milestones, open actions and dependencies.
- Assisting in ERP implementation activities, including business requirements analysis, functional configuration support, solution validation and deployment preparation.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of ERP end-user training, including training material, user guides and onboarding support.
- Supporting the design and execution of UAT test scenarios based on business requirements and expected system outcomes.
- Recording UAT results, issues and observations in structured testing registers and trackers.
- Assisting with the documentation and follow-up of defects/tickets, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Supporting basic functional and data verification, including checking report outputs, identifying inconsistencies and escalating findings.
- Preparing and updating formal project documentation, progress reports, training material and UAT-related deliverables in Greek and English.
- Liaising with internal team members, clients and contractors in relation to assigned tasks and follow-up actions.

Skills and Attributes:
- 0–1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or another quantitative / IT-related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and willingness to investigate issues.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work with structured trackers, registers and documentation.
- A proactive and positive mindset, with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team and support different project workstreams.
Other Requirements:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, IPSAS or public sector accounting will be considered an advantage.
- Prior exposure to ERP systems, software testing, QA concepts or data analysis will be considered an advantage.
- Basic SQL and JavaScript knowledge and familiarity with AI / GenAI tools will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines in an active project environment.
