We are looking for a passionate, creative and hands-on *Concept Development Chef* to lead the culinary evolution of our growing portfolio.
This is not a traditional chef position. It is an opportunity to shape concepts, create memorable menus, develop new brands and work alongside our kitchen teams to bring ideas to life.
The Role
As our *Concept Development Chef*, you will be responsible for creating and evolving the culinary identity of MAP Hospitality Group.
Working closely with ownership, operations and marketing, you will design menus, develop new food concepts and launch seasonal experiences across the group.
You will also be actively involved in the kitchens—testing recipes, refining dishes, training teams and ensuring every concept is executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate menus for *Inset by MAP, **Ella Music Bar*, and future hospitality concepts.
- Create and launch innovative *ghost kitchen* and delivery-only brands.
- Design signature dishes that reflect the identity of each concept.
- Research global food trends and transform them into commercially successful menu ideas.
- Develop seasonal menus, limited-time specials and collaborative dining experiences.
- Prepare recipes, costing sheets and operational guidelines.
- Work hands-on with kitchen teams during menu development, testing and implementation.
- Train and mentor chefs to ensure consistency across all concepts.
- Source premium ingredients and build relationships with trusted suppliers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on food styling, photography and campaign launches.
- Support the creation and opening of future restaurants, bars and hospitality projects within MAP Hospitality Group.
- Continuously review guest feedback and performance to refine menus and enhance the dining experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in menu and concept development.
- Passion for contemporary Mediterranean and international cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen operations.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with a commitment to quality and consistency.
Bonus Points
- Experience developing successful delivery or ghost kitchen concepts.
- Experience working with boutique hotels or multi-concept hospitality businesses.
- Background in opening new restaurants or launching food brands.
- International culinary experience.
