Our team is dedicated to delivering seamless stays, ensuring every detail is taken care of with professionalism and care. We are seeking a proactive Concierge & Operations Specialist (Late Shift) to join our team in a hybrid setup (office in Limassol + WFH) to support guest operations, manage property listings, optimize revenue, and assist with owner reporting.

Role Summary

As a Concierge & Operations Specialist, you will handle afternoon and evening guest communications, manage online booking platforms, assist with listing setup, and support revenue management strategies. Working in a hybrid model, you will serve as a primary contact point for guest inquiries, manage day-to-day operations across online sales channels, resolve active property issues, coordinate with ground teams, and support the preparation of monthly financial and operational reports for property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Support & Communication: Act as the main point of contact during afternoon/evening hours—answering incoming guest calls, responding promptly to messages across all platforms, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Problem Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve guest concerns, operational issues, or urgent inquiries (e.g., lockouts, maintenance requests) with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Operations & Task Coordination: Plan, assign, and coordinate daily workflows for housekeeping and maintenance subcontractors to guarantee flawless property turnover and timely repairs.
• Concierge Services: Assist guests with personalized requests, including booking transportation, local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and spa services.
• Listing Creation & OTA Management: Build, optimize, and maintain high-performing property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and direct booking channels (writing descriptions, organizing photos, and updating amenity details).
• Revenue Management Support: Assist with dynamic pricing tools, adjust nightly rates and minimum stays based on market demand, and track competitor trends to maximize occupancy.
• Owner Reporting: Support the compilation, verification, and preparation of monthly performance, revenue, and expense reports for property owners.
• Property Manuals & Expense Tracking: Maintain up-to-date digital property manuals (Wi-Fi, utility shut-offs, check-in guides) and accurately record operational expenses in the invoicing ledger.

Requirements

• Based in or near Limassol, Cyprus and able to work in a hybrid setup (office & home).
• Proven experience in hospitality, short-term rental management, or property administration (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek or other languages are a plus).
• High attention to detail, strong numerical/analytical skills for handling expense logs and reports.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated space for remote work shifts.
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends (with 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off).
