Crona Construction Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction costing Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, analyzing and monitoring costs relating to projects. The role ensures accurate cost allocation, supports project budgeting and costing.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify subcontractor payment applications (Interim Valuation Certificates)
Review quantities and rates
Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Finance
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
Track variations and contract changes
Support the preparation of contracts
Collaborate with Accounting Department on invoicing and payments
Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements
BA in finance, Business Administration. Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying will be considered as advantage ( 2–3 years of relevant experience)
Experience in cost control, budgeting, and invoicing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel required)
Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
