Qualifications:
• Identity Qualification: Holding a valid work permit in Cyprus/EU, and able to work full-time.
Educational Background: College degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management and other related majors.
• Work Experience: 2-3 years or more of experience in design or on-site construction management of local residential, villa renovation and factory renovation projects in Cyprus.
• Professional Literacy: Familiar with the entire process of Cypriot construction approval, completion acceptance and EPC energy efficiency certificate handling; proficient in EU standards related to buildings, doors and windows, and energy conservation, and able to proficiently read and review a complete set of construction drawings.
• Language Requirement: Fluent in both Greek and English, able to conduct barrier-free business and on-site professional communication (mandatory requirement).
• Professional Ethics: Rigorous and responsible work attitude, strong execution ability, and excellent on-site overall planning, problem handling and multi-party coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in engineering drawing software such as AutoCAD, with the ability to independently draw and modify construction drawings;
• Proficiency in the design specifications and construction acceptance standards of solar hot water, water floor heating and VRV multi-connected systems;
• Relevant experience in cross-border imported building materials coordination, incoming inspection and account management;
• Participated in foreign-related construction projects, with experience in international cross-team design coordination and project collaboration.
• Additional Skills: Have relevant work experience in architectural design, familiar with local design processes and drawing specifications; master basic engineering drawing skills, and be able to use professional drawing software to complete simple drawing and drawing review.
Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for the entire process management of the construction site, including civil structure
• Coordinate with the architectural design team, organize drawing review and on-site technical disclosure, follow up the communication and implementation of design changes, timely feedback construction pain points and promote the optimization and adjustment of design schemes
• Strictly implement Cypriot building management regulations and EU Euro codes building standards
· Review the qualification documents of imported building materials, system doors and windows, electromechanical equipment, verify CE certification, product performance parameters and compliance statements, and ensure that the incoming materials meet the design standards and local specifications.
• Coordinate with Cypriot government authorities, ETEK Cyprus Engineers Association, third-party supervisors and EPC energy efficiency engineers, and coordinate construction approval, on-site inspection, handling of compliance certificates and final acceptance and filing of projects.
· Have basic engineering drawing capabilities, be able to complete on-site simple construction drawing design, on-site dimension review, and assist in sorting out and filing as-built drawing data
· Overall manage local construction teams and building materials suppliers, regularly carry out quality inspections and closed-loop rectification of problems, coordinate completion handover, and compile a complete set of local official acceptance and filing files.
· Communication and coordination in Greek and English, and independently handle various on-site emergencies such as construction technology, design coordination and compliance acceptance.
