Prospecta Development Ltd, an established property development company based in Paphos, known for its high-quality residential developments, attention to design and commitment to exceptional client experience, is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team.

General Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Experience in creating content for digital platforms.
• Skills in photography, videography and video editing.
• Creativity, imagination, strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to develop original content ideas.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with creative and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or CapCut.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
• Photograph and film the company's residential developments and properties.
• Produce and edit videos, Reels and other promotional materials.
• Develop original creative ideas and visual storytelling concepts to showcase our projects and strengthen the company's brand identity.
• Keep up to date with social media trends and apply them to the company's marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

📌 Previous experience in real estate or related sectors will be considered an advantage.
