Your primary KPI is simple: Keep the machine running flawlessly. You will be the shield between our high-profile on-camera talent and our remote production team. You will ensure 12 interviews are booked, recorded, packaged, and published daily without the founder ever needing to intervene.
What You Will Do:
The "Black Box" Manager: Oversee our remote team of video editors, thumbnail designers, and guest bookers. Ensure strict adherence to our daily uploading schedules and SOPs.
Talent Concierge & Buffer: Act as the exclusive point of contact for our primary on-camera host. You must possess high emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage high-pressure talent, handle "emergencies," and keep them insulated from the production mechanics.
Quality Control: Audit the final daily outputs (Video edits, Titles, Thumbnails) to ensure they meet the algorithmic standards that drive our 900k+ daily views.
Systems Expansion: Spearhead the launch of our new internal "Talent Bureau" (managing the digital footprints of retired generals, politicians, and geopolitical analysts) and oversee the daily publication of our AI-assisted intelligence newsletter.
Data Reporting: Submit a daily 10-minute end-of-day dashboard report to the Founder detailing view velocity, output metrics, and talent pipeline.
Who You Are:
A Cyprus Resident: You must be legally allowed to work in Cyprus, as you will be hired directly through our local CY corporate entity.
Operationally Ruthless: You don't just solve problems; you build systems so the problem never happens again.
Thick-Skinned & High EQ: You know how to manage egos, calm down anxious talent, and say "no" firmly but politely to scope creep.
Digital Native: You deeply understand the YouTube algorithm, high-CTR packaging (titles/thumbnails), and digital media workflows. Familiarity with AI video tools, Slack, StreamYard, and Notion/ClickUp is highly preferred.
Autonomous: If you need to be micromanaged or told what to do every morning, this is not the job for you.
The Deal & Compensation:
Base Salary: €2,000 gross per month.
Performance Bonuses: Aggressive monthly payouts based on maintaining the 12-video-a-day pipeline and hitting network-wide view milestones. (Expected bonus average: €1,500 - €3,000+/month).
