The Role

We are looking for a Content Writer to take full ownership of content across ISX Financial.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can shape how the company communicates, define a strong and credible tone of voice, and produce content that supports brand growth, lead generation, trust, and commercial performance.

You will be the company’s lead content owner and the single point of authority on written communication across the business. From website messaging and landing pages to brochures, campaigns, thought leadership, and product-related content, you will set the standard and deliver the work.

This role suits someone with strong fintech, banking, payments, or financial services experience who is confident operating independently and bringing structure, consistency, and authority to content in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

C — Customer

• Build content that supports lead generation, brand positioning, customer education, and commercial growth
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of company messaging across various audiences and platforms

A — Accountability

• Own and develop tone of voice across written communications
• Write, edit, and proofread content to a high editorial standard before publication
• Manage content from concept through to final delivery, working independently and at pace
• Use AI tools where helpful, while maintaining full ownership of quality, judgement, and output

R — Responsibility

• Lead content creation across key channels, including websites, landing pages, brochures, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, social media, advertisements, and sales materials
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to turn business objectives into clear, effective messaging
• Improve and refine existing content across the business to strengthen structure, tone, and performance

E — Engagement

• Own the company’s SEO content approach, including optimisation, search intent alignment, and content planning
• Support GEO and AI visibility by creating content that performs well across emerging AI-driven search and discovery environments
• Identify content gaps and proactively recommend what the business should be saying, how it should be saying it, and where and when it should be published

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, editorial, or content strategy roles
• Strong experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or another regulated commercial environment
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain brand voice across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of how content supports lead generation, conversion, trust, and brand positioning
• Solid SEO knowledge and experience creating content designed to perform in search
• Good understanding of AI visibility, generative search, and how content is surfaced in modern discovery environments
• Ability to work independently as content specialist in the business
• Strong attention to detail and high editorial standards
• Ability to think strategically, challenge weak briefs, and bring proactive recommendations
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio of relevant work

Nice to Have

• Experience writing for B2B financial products or complex solution-led businesses
• Experience supporting sales enablement and demand generation
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, analytics tools, and AI-assisted workflows
