Περιγραφή εργασίας

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads (no cold calling) and convert them into active clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Present company products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals with a high conversion rate.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Cooperate with colleagues and management to improve sales processes and strategies.

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish or German languages
  • Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management (preferably)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ambition, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Charismatic personality and a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid work permit for Cyprus (visa sponsorship is not provided).
