Aelia Wellness Retreat is seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team. This is a  fantastic opportunity to work in a wellness-driven, peaceful environment that also hosts premium events such as  weddings, christenings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. 

We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional food experiences  — from wellness dining to large-scale catered events. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to our established menus and standardized recipes 

• Maintain consistency in food quality across à la carte service, buffet presentations, and event catering 

• Contribute to the smooth execution of special events including weddings, christenings, and private  functions 

• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times 

• Promote a positive and disciplined working atmosphere in the kitchen and during events 

• Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to coordinate timing, portions, and presentation for large  groups 

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in both à la carte and buffet service,  as well as event catering 

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Cookery from a recognized institution 

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, event logistics, and HACCP or other food safety standards 

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to perform under pressure 

• A team-oriented attitude with a passion for quality and attention to detail
