A fresh and exciting concept focused on exceptional food, welcoming service, and memorable experiences. We are looking for experienced, motivated Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen brigade and support the Head Chef in leading a high-performing culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet hotel expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP).
• Properly store food and manage ingredients to minimize waste.
• Support senior kitchen staff during service and peak periods.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Culinary education or training is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU is required.
