Tekserv Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our growing team. We are looking for an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering high-quality corporate administration services. The offices of the company are in Nicosia.
Corporate Administrator
- Management and day-to-day corporate (secretarial) administration of a portfolio of companies
- Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documentation
- Maintaining ongoing and effective communication with clients
- Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for company incorporations
- Registering companies with the Registrar of Companies, including completion and submission of relevant forms
- Handling corporate changes and maintaining detailed and well-organized records
- Opening and coordinating corporate bank accounts
- Ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and internal AML policies
- Maintaining and updating internal corporate records
- Filing forms, applications, and supporting documentation with public authorities
- Managing submissions and updates to the UBO Registry maintained by the Registrar
- Coordinating with Accounting, Audit, and Tax Departments to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and reporting requirements
- Handling ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by Management or the Head of Department
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
- Strong record-keeping skills with high attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Cyprus Companies Law
- Good knowledge of Cyprus AML & CFT legislation
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Corporate Administration
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Structured, methodical, and organized approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating resilience and self-motivation
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Knowledge of business practices within the digital industries will be considered an advantage
- Compliance Officer certification will be considered an additional advantage
