We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Greek management team as Corporate Operations Manager for a private hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field is required. Master’s degree and/or dual degree in both medical and administration fields will be highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent English language skills.

Professional Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in hospital administration, including 5 years in senior executive roles.
• Experience overseeing the entire organization’s operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, patient care, healthcare policy, and regulations.
• Experience with managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement for a large organization, including financial accountability and cost management.
• Familiarity with working with boards of directors, advisory committees, or similar governance structures.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational expertise.
• A passion for enhancing patient care and operational excellence.
• Commitment to fostering innovation and team collaboration.

Contract Terms:
