Handle a broad range of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of sale, assignment agreements, cancellation agreements, tenancy agreements, long-term lease agreements, and powers of attorney.
Conduct legal due diligence on properties and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Liaise with public authorities on behalf of clients, represent clients before competent authorities, and prepare and submit relevant applications.
Provide legal advice on a wide range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property disputes.
Manage the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus companies, liaising with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other governmental and regulatory authorities.
Draft and review corporate documentation, including board and shareholders' resolutions and minutes, shareholders' agreements, share purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Assist with KYC/AML compliance and client due diligence procedures.
Provide general legal support on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
Experience in corporate and/or property law.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Remuneration will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
