About Berkos

Berkos is a real estate development and construction company based in Limassol, Cyprus. Alongside our development projects, we have built strong capabilities in marketing, advertising, digital media, and content creation.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and technology-oriented team member to join our marketing team and help us create engaging digital content for our brand and projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, video, creativity, storytelling, and emerging technologies. We are not necessarily looking for someone with extensive experience — we are looking for the right person: someone with creativity, curiosity, proven ability to create and edit content, willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow as part of our team.

Role Responsibilities

Content Creation & Creative Development

• Develop creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Assist with writing scripts, video concepts, hooks, and content plans.
• Research social media trends and identify new creative opportunities.
• Help transform ideas into engaging digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that represents the Berkos brand and projects.

Video Production & Filming

• Plan and assist with video shoots from concept to final production.
• Operate cameras, smartphones, microphones, lighting equipment, and studio setups.
• Understand basic filming principles including framing, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Create professional-quality video content for social media platforms.

Video Editing & Social Media Content

• Edit and adapt video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create short-form videos, reels, promotional content, and other digital assets.
• Adapt content into different formats according to platform requirements.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, and creative elements.
• Work with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.

Technology & AI

• Explore and implement new AI tools and digital technologies for content creation.
• Stay updated with social media trends, creative formats, and new platforms.
• Be open to experimenting with new tools and improving content creation workflows.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should have:

• Demonstrated interest or experience in content creation, video editing, social media, photography, design, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of video production and editing processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.

Advantage:

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience with cameras, filming, lighting, or studio setups.
• Experience creating content for brands or businesses.
• Knowledge of AI content creation tools.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance.

Languages

Required:

• English – mandatory
• Greek – mandatory

Additional languages considered a strong advantage:

• Russian / Ukrainian
• Hebrew
• Polish
