At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are seeking a skilled and experienced hands-on CRM Expert who will personally lead and execute the rollout of a new CRM system across our brands. This role is highly operational and requires someone who is comfortable configuring systems, building campaigns, creating segments, and solving problems directly. They will own the CRM end to end — from setup and data structure to campaign execution and reporting — working closely with Marketing, E-commerce, IT, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation & Daily Ownership
- Lead hands-on CRM rollout across brands and markets
- Configure architecture, data models, workflows, permissions, and integrations
- Troubleshoot data, campaign, and system issues
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Create customer segments, journeys, and personalized offers
- Execute promotions and loyalty communications
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance
Data, Segmentation & Reporting
- Own customer data quality and CRM hygiene
- Maintain segments, dashboards, and performance reports
- Analyse results and translate insights into actions
- Provide reporting and analysis support
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, Loyalty, IT, and Operations
- Translate business needs into CRM solutions
- Coordinate with external CRM vendors and partners
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance
- Drive continuous CRM improvement across the organization
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on CRM or marketing automation experience, including CRM implementation and day-to-day operation
- Strong experience in segmentation, automation, lifecycle campaigns, and performance analysis
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with confidence working with reports and insights
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Experience in QSR, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or loyalty programs is an advantage
- SQL, advanced analytics, or AI-driven personalization experience is a plus
