ABOUT OCTOLIT

Octolit is a casino technology company. We built an AI-powered CRM platform used by online casino brands worldwide. Instead of just licensing the software, we run the day-to-day operations for our clients (campaigns, bonuses, player retention) as a managed service.

THE ROLE

You'll operate the Octolit CRM on behalf of casino clients. No coding. You direct the AI: build bonus campaigns, send emails and SMS, segment players, analyze what works, adjust. The platform does the heavy lifting. Your job is to think clearly and own the results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Plan and run promotions (deposit bonuses, free spins, tournaments, reactivation)
- Build player segments and reach them via email, SMS, push
- Configure bonus rules and eligibility
- Watch KPIs (deposits, retention, churn) and adjust in real time
- Talk to client account managers and turn their goals into CRM actions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Smart, curious, fast learner
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
- Good English (written and spoken)
- No casino or CRM background needed, we'll train you
- Bonus: you like AI tools and aren't afraid to experiment

WHAT WE OFFER

- €1,500/month gross, plus a performance bonus tied to the results your campaigns deliver
- Full training on the platform and the iGaming business
- Work directly with the product team building the AI behind the CRM
- Path to lead a team within 12 months as we scale
