CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company offering single wallet white label Casino & Sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a CRM Promotions Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a CRM Promotions Manager, you will primarily be responsible for creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns for Online Bingo product offerings. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a high technical aptitude and data-driven approach, with strong knowledge of MS Excel. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, and any familiarity with Online Bingo will be considered a significant advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Build and manage monthly promotional plans.
• Configure, test, and launch bonuses, offers, and campaigns.
• Work closely with content and design teams to deliver campaign assets.
• Solve setup, configuration, and campaign issues quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor performance and help improve future campaigns.
• Support campaigns across email, SMS, web push, pop-ups, and more.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Great attention to detail
• Good English and strong teamwork skills
• Technical confidence and a data-driven approach
• Basic Excel knowledge
• HTML, CSS, or SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in CRM, campaign operations, digital marketing, e-commerce, or online gaming is an advantage.
