Job Description

Ledra College is seeking to employ a Culinary Arts (2-year Diploma) Lecturer for full-time or part-time employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical culinary training to students, in accordance with the approved curriculum and the organization’s quality standards.

Main duties:

• Teaching theoretical and practical culinary arts courses
• Preparing and organizing educational and training materials
• Guiding and assessing students’ progress and performance
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the academic team of the program

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Culinary Arts / Gastronomy (or a related field)
• Master’s degree in Culinary Arts / Gastronomy (or a related field)
• Proven professional experience in the food service or hospitality industry
• Teaching experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High level of organization and professionalism
