Customer Care Assistant
The Crona Development Ltd is seeking a well-organized and communicative professional for the position of Customer Care Assistant, responsible for supporting clients after property
Key Responsibilities
Handle and monitor clients’ requests after property handover
Coordinate with technical departments, contractors, and suppliers for issue resolution
Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain and update records, reports, and CRM systems
Schedule property inspections and client meetings
Provide high-quality customer service and professional communication
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate/development will be considered an advantage
Very good command of Greek and English languages
Knowledge of the Russian language is considered a mandatory requirement
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
