Positive builds software that Cyprus businesses rely on every day — and behind every confident customer is someone making sure everything runs smoothly. We are looking for a person with the personality that fist our customer service approach, organised, with problem solving skills to look after our Mantle and Veritas customers and keep our back office in shape. Fixed salary plus a performance bonus, in a team that builds genuinely modern products.

About Positive

Positive is a Cyprus company (Limassol and London) built on twenty years of management consulting and accounting experience. Our customers use Mantle, our AI-powered business platform, and Positive Veritas, our tax and regulatory update service. This role promotes our customers' positive experience and handles our day-to-day office tasks .

Looking after our customers

• Respond — be the first, friendly point of contact for Mantle and Veritas users, answering questions and resolving issues with care.
• Onboard — guide new customers through onboarding and help them get the most out of each platform.
• Follow through — log queries and new customer contact, follow it through to resolution, and escalate the tricky ones to the right people.
• Help — turn everyday support into customer loyalty — customers who stay, renew and recommend us.

Keeping Positive running

• Organise — keep the office organised — most tasks are automated, but you will look after records, correspondence, scheduling and suppliers.
• Administer — support billing and invoicing, and other documentation.
• Coordinate — coordinate the day-to-day so the team can stay focused on clients and product.

What we’re looking for

• Experience — some customer service or office administration experience is ideal — but we welcome entry-level people who are motivated and show initiative and are willing to learn from our approach.
• Organised — detail-oriented and reliable; good follow up on tasks and the team; a good planner.
• People skills — calm, patient and clear, both in writing and on the phone/ online.
• Tech-confident — happy to learn Mantle and Veritas and comfortable around software.
• Bilingual — fluent Greek and English.
• Calm multitasker — you keep a cool head and juggle priorities when the day gets busy.
