Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end shipment process for assigned customers
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up cargo movements, providing updates to customers.
- Coordinating with partners abroad and carriers to manage smooth operations.
- Resolving service issues promptly and find alternative solutions
- Providing rate quotes and information regarding services to current and potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or relevant role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Language proficiency in English and Greek is required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with industry-specific software and systems.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- High school diploma required, a degree in logistics, business administration, or related field is preferred.
