Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team at a money transfer store in Nicosia Old Town.

What you’ll do
Assist customers with money transfers, payments, and related compliance checks.
Handle courier services, including parcel intake, processing, tracking, and customer enquiries.
Process transactions accurately and securely using the relevant systems.
Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner.
Support daily store operations and assist management when required.
You’re a great match if you
Hold a High School Certificate.
Have a good command of Greek and fluent English.
Be legally eligible to work in the EU without requiring visa sponsorship.
Have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Are organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Have a customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
