Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients worldwide and answering their questions;
- Troubleshooting common (and unusual) problems;
- Actively collaborating with related teams;
- Large amount of training: we are very interested in the high quality of services, so we invest a lot of resources into the employee’s development.
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English;
- Stress resistance, friendliness and strong communication skills;
- Willingness to work with routine and repetitive tasks;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
