We’re a fast-growing international B2C company looking for a Customer Support & Content Moderation Agent to join our Customer Support team.

Content Moderation

• Review content flagged by the Company’s automated moderation tools and apply the Company’s content rules consistently.
• Enforce prohibited-content rules without exception and escalate safety, trust, and compliance issues immediately in accordance with the Company’s procedures.

Identity & Age Verification

• Review creator identity and age-verification documents to prevent impersonation and fraud.
• Handle personal and sensitive data with discretion and in accordance with the Company’s data protection obligations and applicable law.

Customer Support

• Work the customer support ticket queue and meet the response targets set for the assigned shift.
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures.
• Escalate complex customer cases where appropriate.

Working Schedule

• Working days: Saturday to Wednesday
• Cyprus time: 02:00–10:00
• Days off: Thursday and Friday
• Permanent night shift with the same working hours each day.

Contract & Compensation

• Contract: B2B Contractor/Employment Agreement
• Location: Fully remote
• Salary range: TBD, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise
