CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company offering single wallet white label Casino & Sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative to join their growing teams based in either Limassol or Larnaca. The successful applicant will ideally hold previous, demonstrable experience in a Customer Support position, speak excellent, fluent English and be available to work on rotational shift patterns.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone.
Answering client’s requests.
Promoting products and services to clients.
Optimize customers’ satisfaction.
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs.
Maintaining professionalism at all instances.
Key Skills/Experience:
Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation.
Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Excellent command of English language.
Attention to details and quality of work.
Ability to work freely in Cyprus (EU Status).
